The Mischief Makers

Jake has been performing professionally for over 20 years. M&M began while Jake earned his Masters in Environmental Economics; he uses his degree as a freelance consultant and teacher but his endless passion for entertaining makes Mischief his full time gig. He is always coming up with new ideas, performances, magic, designs, and techniques. His performances have won international awards and several world records. He brings high energy to his performances and his team truly loves to connect with the public. He is the Mischief Manager, Mr. Mischief.

Renee has been performing circus acts for most of her life. She began riding elephants and eating fire with her uncle Jim in "The Big Circus Sideshow". Classically trained in theater and music, and a raw talent for art! Renee uses her skills with theater to help develop Mischief & Magics performances and designs. She has won several international awards and taught professional courses. When you combine those skills with her vibrant personality you get one amazing Mischief Maker, Mrs. Mischief

Jamie has been with us for many years and continues to be an amazing Mischief Maker. She is also an International Award Winning Balloon Artist! She has done makeup/special effects since she was 13. Now many years later she is an accomplished haunt actor, FX artist, face painter, balloon twister extraordinaire! Jamie also loves doing cosplay and going to cosplay conventions.

Chris' father was a full time magician so he comes from a history of magic. When not making mischief, Chris runs a 3D printing business by both printing products and supplying filament to other 3D printers.

Graham has been one of our balloon twisters since the beginning. He is a skilled guitarist and sometimes plays at our magic shows. Graham is an aspiring author and journalist.

Tyis has been with us since 2022 and he quickly picked up balloons. He is an avid Lego builder and creates his some of his own amazing designs. We cannot wait to see how his skills develop!

Calvin has technically been a Mischief Maker his whole life since his parents are Mr. & Mrs. Mischief. Calvin has been part of the development of Mischief & Magic since the beginning and has probably seen more magic shows than he can count. Now that he is an adult he works for the family business while he pursues a degree in Welding. Calvin builds models and Gundam in his spare time.

Hailey started painting as a special effects artist at a haunted house when she was a teenager and has been practicing since she was only 13. She has been painting for public events with M&M since 2022. Hailey is naturally drawn to anything artistic and has been yearning to make a career out of art in her life.

Ashley is a child at heart, and enjoys making people smile and bringing back the magic from our childhoods. She is a full-time cosmetologist and in her spare time she works with Unforgettable Underdogs dog rescue. On any given day off of work she loves to travel, paint, play with her foster fails (dogs), and go to concerts. Live music and the arts are her other passions and the world around her is her muse.
